Who is EV Learner for?
Students. Find practice and explanations that help you understand lessons and work on skills you find difficult. Use online activities or printed materials, independently or with support from a parent, guardian or teacher.
Parents and guardians. Find resources to support learning at home and understand where your child may need more help. Choose focused activities that give you a practical place to begin.
Teachers. Access materials and tools that help with lesson preparation, classroom learning and assessment. Review and adapt them to your learners and teaching context.
Independent learners and exam candidates. EV Learner's broader direction includes resources for strengthening skills and preparing for new learning goals. Our launch focuses on school learners and teachers, with other offerings to follow.
What's available at launch?
We're launching with English for Grades 2 to 10 and MAPEH for Grades 4 to 10, with MAPEH in beta.
Our launch includes learning checks, online practice, printable materials and tools for teachers. Availability varies by subject, grade and term.
For parents, that means a free skills check on your phone (about 20 minutes, no sign-up) and free printable practice packs. For teachers, it means lesson plans, activity sheets and slides, a test maker, and a free item analysis sheet after you sign in.
Explore EV Learner for parents and guardians or the Teacher Toolkit for details about the available features.
How does EV Learner help?
Finding a resource is one step. Knowing what to do with it matters too.
EV Learner connects learning needs with suitable practice and explanations. A student can work on a difficult skill, a parent or guardian can find a starting point for practice at home, and a teacher can use assessment results to plan follow-up instruction.
For example, a learner who finds reading questions difficult may need practice with one particular skill, such as identifying details. A focused activity and a clear explanation can give them something specific to work on.
The aim is to make the next step easier to understand.
Can I use it at home or in class?
Both. Families can use the available learning activities at home, while teachers can use and adapt classroom resources.
Online practice provides feedback on screen. Printable materials offer a way to continue on paper. Teachers can also download editable materials and adjust them for their classes.
You can start with the format that fits what you need.
What is free, and what is paid?
Free starting resources include learning checks, available public practice and free printable packs. Some tools and downloads require an account, while paid materials and features use credits.
EV Learner is in beta. Introductory free credits help eligible users explore paid features, and additional credits are available to purchase.
Check each offering for its current availability, access requirements and credit cost.
Is more coming?
Yes. We're building toward a wider range of subjects, learning resources and formats. We'll share details as new offerings become ready.
